The phrase “change management” has two meanings.

The first is the management of project changes, as we talk about here. The other meaning is the management of organizational changes; e.g., if you want to improve your project management systems in the organization, that would be an organizational change, which holds many challenges (e.g., gaining acceptance from the people in the organization).
