No downloadable template is available for Lessons Report.

You don’t need a template for Lessons Report, because it’s either

a copy of the Lessons Log that may be filtered (e.g. filtered for the lessons that you’ve learned during a certain stage, when you want to add it to the End Stage Report, or filtered for a certain type of lesson, when you want to send it to certain people), or
a simple text that expands a lesson learned (e.g. an email that you may send to project team members to tell them about an important lesson that you’ve learned in the project and everyone should know about).
