OK, well done! You’ve finished the first major topic in PRINCE2, the principles. Do you know how many major topics or elements there are in PRINCE2?

Here they are:

• People
• Practices
• Processes

Of course, they don’t have the same amount of content; the “practices” section is the longest.

Regardless, the next topic is “people”, which we’ll start talking about in the next lesson. Before that, spend a few minutes and think about what it means to be concerned about people in the project. What do you think?
