Lesson 02: Principles, Part 1
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the overall concept of principles and what they mean in project management in general and in PRINCE2 in particular. Then, we’ll talk about 2 of the 7 principles, “ensure continued business justification” and “learn from experience”.
