Welcome to the course!

This first lesson is just an introduction that covers some basic information about the course and the certification program.

The manual

As mentioned, you need to have a copy of the official PRINCE2 manual, titled “PRINCE2® 7 Managing Successful Projects” (ISBN 9925344603). If you have taken the PRINCE2 Foundation exam recently, you probably have a copy of the ebook in your exam platform. Otherwise, you can choose one of these options:

Both options can be used in your open book exam. The online version gives you the option to search phrases, which makes it easier, however, its technical difficulties in the invigilated exams make some people more comfortable using the printed version.

About your trainer, Frank Turley

I started working with projects about 27 years ago: first, as a project planner in construction projects, and then I moved to large process-plant projects. In parallel, I was also involved in IT projects and startups.
