  • Sharing: our accounting firm; the examination institutes if you buy a voucher for one of the official exams
  • Retention: 3 years since your last activity
• The name and VAT number of your company
  • Purpose: used in invoices
  • Sharing: only with our accounting firm
  • Retention: 5 years since your last activity

Data that are collected or generated automatically, based on your actions:

• History of your orders

• Your performance in courses and other types of training material
  • Purpose: to issue certificates of completion; to help you continue your training; to provide support; etc.
  • Sharing: not shared with third-parties, unless your access to the course is provided by your employer, in which case, these data may be shared with your employer.
  • Retention: 3 years for the details; permanent for the course completion flags
• Your support requests (email and live chat) — These service are provided by third-party services such as Zopim (for live chat), Supportbee (ticketing), Fastmail, Mailchimp, and SendinBlue (mail servers). Those services collect some information about you, which is subject to their privacy policies (GDPR compliant). All data they collect are shared with us. Your mail server has access to the messages you receive from us, which is subject to their privacy policy.

  • Sharing: not shared with other third-parties
  • Retention: 3 years
• Your payment information — We only store the last four digits of your credit card and the country of issuance. The sensitive data about your card are never stored by us for security reasons. Payments are done via PayPal, Braintree, and Stripe. Those services collect and store some information about you, which is subject to their privacy policies (GDPR compliant), and most of that data is not shared with us, or not collected by us.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE

You have the right to close your account, in which case, most of the information collected from you will be deleted, and the rest, which are the data required for our accounting purposes, will be anonymized.

Account closure requests should be sent to support@mplaza.training from the same email account you use for your account in our website. When we receive such a request, we will ask you for two confirmations: the first one after receiving the request, and the second one a week after. When both confirmations are received, your account will be deleted. This action cannot be undone.

RECEIVING A COPY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can send us a request for a copy of your personal information to support@mplaza.training. We will send you a copy of your personal information in two weeks.

We use cookies and similar technologies to store some data about you, such as:

Some of the information above are stored in cookies only when you’re not registered in our website, and after your register, the data will be copied to our database.
