There’s a large overlap between what a business analyst does and what we do as project managers. For those things that are common to both, you can usually find more advanced approaches in the business analysis world, and collecting requirements is one of them.

One of the best resources about business analysis is BABOK® (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge), and, believe it or not, I find it very useful for project managers. Maybe you can consider it as one of the extra resources that you can look through after your certification.
