We are committed to delivering high-quality customer support to our learners and love to get feedback on the products and services we offer. We ensure that all customer complaints and queries are managed in a responsive, efficient, and effective way.

Upon receiving a complaint, we acknowledge the matter via email within one business day and start working on a resolution. Most cases are resolved on the same day, but more complicated ones can take more. We do our best to resolve cases in no more than 3 business days.
