Refund Policy

We'd like you to be completely happy with your purchase, so, if you're not satisfied with an item, you can receive a full refund for up to 30 days, given that:

• eLearning Courses: you're in the first 30% of the course.
• Exam Simulators: you've not taken more than one simulated exam.
• Official Exams: you're not registered with the examination institute yet.
