Important note: The latest version of ITIL is 4 and you can use the ITIL 4 Foundation package instead of this.

You would be eligible for our Pass Guarantee if:
You’ve purchased the course and exam from us.
You’ve completed the course, and your real exam was not more than 12 months after the start of your course and not more than 6 months after finishing your course.
You’ve taken at least 6 simulated exams, have a score of at least 75% in your last 4 attempts, and your real exam was not more than 10 days after your last simulated exam. If your score in the last 4 attempts is not higher than 75% or your last attempt is more than 10 days before your real exam, you can simply take more simulated exams until you satisfy this condition. There’s no limit to the number of attempts.
If you meet the above conditions and you fail your exam, we will pay for your second exam. In addition, we will have a session to review your performance and come up with a plan for your success in the second attempt.
The course is designed for busy professionals; most lessons are 10 to 15 minutes long, so that you can take one or two per day, without much effort. Also, we’ve avoided homework and covered it in other ways, because you probably don’t have enough time and mental energy to spend many hours by yourself doing homework.

We recommend the following number of PDUs for this course:
Since January 2020, training organizations have not been allowed to issue certificates of completion for AXELOS programs. If you need to show that you’ve taken a course (e.g., to submit PDUs with PMI), we’ll issue a letter of course attendance for you.
Nevertheless, you will still get your official certificate by passing the exam.
It’s a self-paced online course. You can start the course whenever you want and proceed at any speed that suits you.
You’ll have unlimited access to the course for one year, and you can retake certain lessons or even the whole course if you find it necessary.

The material is fully aligned with the latest changes in ITIL 3. However, in parallel to ITIL 3, there’s a new version, ITIL 4 as well.
There’s no date for the retirement of ITIL 3 yet, and candidates can choose either version. We also provide training material for both of them (separately).

ITIL Foundation is the first level of certification in ITIL. After you become certified, you have the option to proceed to the Practitioner, Intermediate, Expert, and Master levels.
Most people who are certified in ITIL find the Foundation certificate sufficient for their goals.
